課程概述 |
分子生物學為本系必修課程之一，由基本的核酸特性開始介紹，包含基因體構造，染色體，染色質，DNA複製，DNA傷害與修復，同源重組，轉位作用，基因表現，轉錄與轉譯，最後則是基因的調控，以奠定學生紮實的分子生物基礎。 |

藉由具系統性的課程內容及深入淺出的授課方式，使學生徹底瞭解分子生物學之重要理論及機制，並深植生技研究與應用發展的基礎。 |
